Despite there being no dearth of tips on how to conduct a successful job search, we continue to see many job applicants repeat very simple mistakes like...
spelling mistakes in their resumes
using the same resume for different jobs, without checking whether the skills requirements spelled out in the job description are reflected in their resume
not mentioning their achievements and the difference they made in their current and previous jobs
not having any questions for the interviewer
The above are just a few mistakes and I welcome others to add to this list. Remember, if you do what you've always done, you will get what you've always got.
So, if you wish to see better results in your job hunt, then addressing the above is a good start.
